Terms and Conditions – Holly Lane Mews
HOLLY LANE MEWS ACCOMMODATION, APARTMENTS & SUITES
Payment of the holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $(100) cancellation fee will apply.If the client has paid in full, this amount is non-refundable, unless the cottage is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. If a booking is cancelled within two weeks of a public holiday or long week end the full amount is payable.
The operators will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of $100 is required to be paid within 1 days of booking. Payment may be made by (delete if not applicable) cash, cheque, money order, Bankcard, MasterCard or VISA. For Christmas, Easter, June/July and Sept/Oct school holiday bookings, the balance must be paid 30-days prior to the commencement of the booking.
Should you be arriving after business hours, please let us know in advance so that alternate key arrangements can be made. Upon departure all keys are to be returned or a fee of $25.00 applies.
The B& B’s are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state.
Holly Lane Mews is pet friendly, the following rules apply.
They must be dewormed and de fleaed prior to arrival and kept on a leash at all times

Pets are allowed in the rooms with their own bedding.
Pets are not allowed to be left in the rooms unattended.
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. There is plenty of space off the property for the animals to be let off the lead.
If pets cause any damage eg soiling or scratching, the owner is responsible for any costs that ensue.
There is a surcharge of $10.00 a day for pets.
Linen is included, except for towels and a surcharge applies if more than two people stay at any of the accommodations. Towels are provided for Overseas and Interstate visitors (please advise if this applies).
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the premises.
Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation.
A security deposit (bond) is required for bookings greater than 4 days to cover all additional costs incurred as a result of breach of these Terms and conditions including any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, which occur due to the client occupying the premises. The bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. A full refund via direct deposit to the client’s bank account or a cheque will be posted to the client on vacating the property after inspection by the appointed cleaning staff.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees of $(50) per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the operators in advance.
The operators take no responsibility for the client’s personal property left on the premises.
Check-out time is 10.30am. Check-in time is after 2.00pm. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time unless agreed with the operators in advance that they may stay longer. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate.
The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property.
Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties.
If transport is required to and from venues in the Yarra Valley the tariff provided for this service is assumed to be part of the accommodation fee.
